Return/Warranty Policies

Two-way radio, laptop, and sealed lead acid batteries are guaranteed to perform at 80% of rated capacity for a period of 12 months from date of purchase.

Alkaline batteries will perform at 100% of rated capacity upon delivery.

Defective merchandise will be replaced with brand new merchandise. The warranty period begins from the date of the original purchase, not the date that the replacement is received.

Claims of mis-shipments must be made within five days of receipt of merchandise. Any such claims are subject to verification by Battery Connection, Inc.

All returning merchandise requires a "Return Merchandise Authorization Number" (RMA#), that is to be on the shipping label. To obtain an RMA #, call: 1.800.817.0526

If product misordered, customer must contact Battery Connection within 24 hours at which time an RMA # will be issued. Upon receipt of the product, Battery Connection will issue a refund for the purchase price less a 15% restocking fee. All shipping fees are non-refundable and non-reimbursable.
